The agriturismo
The farm Kreuzplonhof is located in the frame of Luson in the Isarco Valley. Since 1926 it has been owned by the Piock family, who for three generations have contributed to making the farm the pearl of authenticity that today welcomes guests in the South Tyrolean mountains and is managed side by side to ensure the maximum well-being of guests and make the farm acosyhome and a pleasant holiday retreat for guests.
The work is constant to take care of the animals, grow fruit, vegetables andflowers.
The house offers two holiday apartments,which have aprivate infrared cabin, perfectfor a regenerating experience to indulge in the luxury of a wellness holiday for body and mind .
The accommodation
Since 2017, the old guesthouse with 40 beds has been converted into two holiday apartments, different yet very similar in their attention to detail. The furnishings, the coverings, the high quality materials and the floor in local larch wood make the finishes valuable.
The furnishings of the kitchen and the rooms have been made to measure exclusively by a trusted artisan. To offer an extra touch of luxury and wellness, each apartment is equipped with an infrared cabin and a wellness bathroom.

The first apartment is the perfect solution for families: bathroom with large rain shower, large dining table, a functional kitchen, a private infrared cabin, a spacious double room for adults and a room for children with bunk beds, desk and more.
The second one is designed for couples or smaller families and consists of a large double room with mountain view, a large wellness bathroom, a private infrared cabin and much more.
Activities and surrounding
The farm has a sunbathing lawn and a playground.
Every season has its charm, its beauty. The choice of activities is practically unlimited, both outdoors and indoors.
Spring is the ideal season for pleasant walks to Naz to admire the apple orchards in bloom. A visit to the Easter market in Chiusa, on Easter Saturday, is also recommended. It is possible to visit the castle of Rodengo, starting directly from the farm. Finally, mountain bike tours on the Alpe di Luson and Rodengo are possible.
Every year, on the second weekend of September , the local associations organize the Luson Festival. Music bands, traditional specialities prepared by the Luson farmers and lots of fun for young and old await you.
The Isarco Valley is the birthplace of Toerggelen :The peasant tradition of tasting new wine together with farm workers and friends has evolved over time and today is synonymous with a cheerful evening in a tavern to taste not only new wine, but also meat and potato specialities, home-smoked bacon, cold cuts, dumplings, sauerkraut, roast chestnuts and stuffed krapfen, perhaps with a Tyrolean music background.
In Luson children and beginners will find an easy ski slope for practice and a ski school.
The snow-covered Alpe di Luson is a perfect destination for tobogganing, ski touring, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The spectacular views of the surrounding mountains are just the icing on the cake.
The Plose, the mountain of Bressanone, is a skiing and hiking paradise. There is also the possibility to rent ice skates or snowshoes. Of course, the area also offers several refreshment points.
From the end of November, the magic of Christmas lights up in the main cities of South Tyrol with the thousands of lights, colours and scents of the Christmas markets. A contagious atmosphere for a winter holiday to remember.
