The agriturismo
The Picedac farm is nestled in a quiet place among meadows and forests with a breathtaking view of Sasso Croce.
Lüch Picedac, a tongue twister in Ladin in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
Here it is posible to experience what it means to be a farmer, tending a vegetable garden and enjoying fresh produce from the farm.
And winter then tells of the beauty of a snowy landscape in harmony and silence. Gregor and Barbara with her six children look forward to your visit.
The accommodation
Picedac Farmhouse is the ideal place to enjoy the calm and nature.
The house, a brick building, was built in 2017 with two apartments each for 2-4 people in a style between traditional and modern. The furnishings are all natural fir wood and oak floors.
Each apartment enjoys breathtaking views thanks in part to large windows.
There is also a reading corner.
Both apartments have one room, sofa bed in the living room with two large balconies.
For those who wish to enjoy the space, both accommodations can be converted into a single apartment with 8 beds.
They are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (utensils, coffee maker and mocca, microwave, induction plate, dishwasher, dishcloths, detergents), bed and bath linens with bidet and large shower, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry service, and everything you need for babies.
The property has a garden with games for the little ones, deck chairs , and for evenings with friends there is a grill.

The barn is open to guests where they can contribute to farm activities. Many animals (cows, calves, sheep, chickens, rabbits, quail, cats) are just waiting to be pampered.
And after a busy day, it is possible to enjoy fresh eggs, freshly baked homemade whole wheat bread, freshly milked milk or a currant jam.
Upon waking up, guests can find a breakfast full of wholesome products.
In summer, vegetables can be picked directly from thegarden.
In winter, a boot dryer and toboggans are offered.
Activities and surrounding
The farm offers cooking classes especially of bread using the grain mill, which can be enjoyed as a snack with excellent bacon.
On the farm , guests can become farmers and help with milking, hay harvesting and more.
Here a special joy is celebrating holidays as in the old days such as dyeing eggs or making brooms out of olive branches at Easter, the fire of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the sweet "le furtaies" at the end of haymaking, and many other activities.
In addition, the facility has a small alpine hut where both summer and winter excursions are organized upon request.
They also offer their own products such as eggs, milk, bread and jams and in summer vegetables.
For those who like to be spoiled, farmer's breakfast with own products not to be missed.

Directly from the farm you can go on beautiful hikes, without using the car, to the most peaceful places with beautiful views: in summer on foot or by bike, in winter by snowshoeing, sledding or ski touring.
The valley is a land of hikers and is the first municipality in Europe to have this certification: the Armentara meadows (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are worth a visit.
The farm is located in the middle of two major ski areas, Plan di Corones and Alta Badia, 15 minutes away.
Nearby, there are several museums such as the Museum Ladin, MMM Corones, Ötzi.
For those in search of spiritual landmarks, we recommend the native house St. Joseph Freinademetz, Shrine of the Holy Cross, and many other attractions such as Lake Braies, Three Peaks of Lavaredo.

Pleased to meet you, I am Barbara and I am 41 years old.
I have been working here for 5 years along with my family.
As well as we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests' favourite thing about Lüch Picedac is the warm family welcome.
