The agriturismo
A relaxed pace, clean, bracing air that brings energy and lots of activities to discover. A perfect place to relax and forget about everyday life for a few days.
The farm is located at 1165 m above sea level in a beautiful sunny location in the Schlernand Rosengarten area.
Enjoy the warm hospitality, a beautiful landscape and a very special environment.
The accommodation
The farm offers 3 cosy apartments for 2-5 people, or bed and breakfast in the double bedroom.
Every Apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a combination kitchen-living room, a kitchenette, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, satellite television link and WiFi. From the balcony, to the south, you can enjoy a wonderful view every day.
The apartment "Schlern" has a second bedroom and a dishwasher.
If you wish we can treat you also with a delicious farmer breakfast with healthy fresh products from our farm like milk, eggs, jam, juices,homemade cakes and regional products.
The “Hexenzauber” (Witches’ Magic) double room, with breakfast made with produce grown on the farm and traditional produce from the region included. Bathroom with shower and bidet.
You can also find: local agricultural produce, fresh bread service, barbecue, playground and leisure equipment, small farm with animals, pony trekking for children, book corner, W-Lan.
Activities and surrounding
The farm is situated in the villageof Santa Caterina, in the immediate vicinity of Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten. A short distance away, you can reach the city of Bozen and the spectacular peaks of the Dolomites.
In the winter months the “Seiser Alm”" (the largest high altitude alpine pasture in Europe) and “Carezza Ski” invite you to explore the paradise of winter sports: snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, sledding or skating. These two ski resorts are just a 30 minute drive away.
The Christmas Markets are an attraction in December. The magical atmosphere transforms the towns and cities into spectacular places.
In summer, you can enjoy excursions to explore the surrounding mountains, go mountain biking or play golf. The lake Völser Weiher offers an excellent opportunity to dive into the cool waters of a mountain lake.
There is no need for a car, simply walk out of the door and enjoy the nature.
