The farm is located in Tagusa, a picturesque village on a small plateau above the entrance to Val Gardena, a few kilometers from Castelrotto and theAlpe di Siusi,the largest plateau in Europe. It offers a magnificent view of the Isarco Valley, Laion, Villandro, Barbiano and Renon.

Very cozy and spacious eat-in kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, wood-burning oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, sitting area, sofa bed for 1 person and satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with WC and bathtub with shower.
Thenew and modern bedroom is furnished in fir wood and has a big closet and a balcony with view on the Isarco Valley and its surroundings. In addition, apartment 3 has a new additional room (double room) with balcony.
On our farm you will find hiking books with beautiful hikes on the Alpe di Siusi, a television and various games for our little guests. The common living room is particularly suitable for groups, e.g. hikers and skiers. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and dishes and a refrigerator for common use offers the possibility to cook and eat together.
Breakfast: On request, we serve a farmer's breakfast every day from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. You will find fresh milk*, bread, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, eggs*, jams*, honey, fruit, berries*, yoghurt*, various syrups*, apple juice*, muesli and cakes.

Tagusa is located about 6 km from the main town of Castelrotto. Ponte Gardena and theAlpe di Siusi cable car are only a 10-minute drive away, and Ortisei, the birthplace of Luis Trenker, is a 20-minute drive away.
Tagusa is a small, old farming village above Trostburg Castle, where you have the feeling that time has stood still. The small church of S. Maddalena and the school museum of Tagusa, where a unique collection of furniture and school materials is on display, are well worth a visit.
Crops: 8 hectares of meadows, 20 hectares of forest, a potato field, 16 hectares of pastures, of which 8 hectares are third party assets and a farmer's garden.
Farm: Brown and Red Spotted cows, young cattle, calves, pigs, rabbits, chickens, cats, goats, as well as Willi, a well-behaved St. Bernard dog.
In the period from September 2022 to probably July 2023, renovation work will take place during the day. Our current animal husbandry no longer corresponds to the rules that will come into force in 2023/24 and so we are almost forced to renew the farm building. We build for sustainable agriculture. Traditionally in summer the young cattle are taken to theAlpe di Siusi, where they have a hut with a barn.
