For stays of less than 5 days, the extra charge per apartment is 45 - 65 €.
Price includes:fully equippedkitchen, satellite TV, WLAN, electricity and heating, bread service, garage parking, all taxes except local price.
The amount oflocal tax is calculated based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipality(1.35 € per person and day from 14 years of age).
Bread service and farm products from the farm, for a fee upon request.
Access to the wellness area is open in winter for all guests 14 years and older.
No smoking
All apartments are non-smoking! Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Child discounts
0-2 years old: free.
Children up to 13 years old pay only 15 €.
Teenagers/adults pay 25 €.
Children's equipment on request free of charge.
Pets
Out of respect for other guests, pets are not allowed.
Payment
Payment can be made on site by cash, credit card (except American Express) or bank transfer.
Deposit
Reservations by e-mail Reservations are confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
Please note: Reservations become binding upon payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee) and transmission of the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation
Up to 3 months before the date you can cancel your stay free of charge.
Within 3 months up to 4 weeks before will be charged the cost of 3 days of vacation.
Within 4 weeks 70% of the total vacation price will be charged.
