The agriturismo
An old house situated in the precious and regenerating tranquillity of the countryside, which has been restored in respect of the simplicity of the rural buildings of the place built at the end of the nineteenth century.
Its position on the hill guarantees a pleasant coolness on summer days, the old walls give a comfortable warmth on winter evenings, the large terrace offers a magical view of Lake Garda, while the garden and olive grove relax in the green.
The accommodation
On the ground floor of the Casaliva apartment there is a double bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a table and a bathroom with shower.
The internal staircase leads to the Leccino mansard house, with a balcony overlooking Mount Stivo, and a charming terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Garda.
Activities and surrounding
At guests' disposal a large garden with barbecue area, a solarium overlooking the valley of Laghel, an above-ground swimming pool ideal for children for refreshing baths on sunny days, table tennis, soccer.
The multifunctional farm is able to offer a serene environment where you can relax, but also a place where you can regenerate through the collaboration to the work of the farm in the management of animals, in the care of the olive grove, the organic garden and herbs.
Customers can also approach western riding through the lessons of FITETREC-ANTE instructors.
Ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, but also for those interested in walking, hiking, climbing, Nordic walking, mountain biking, e-biking, sailing and windsurfing.
In fact, the location is strategic: ten minutes from the climbing wall of the donkey, within mountain bike trails that you can walk through forests and breathtaking views, but also ten minutes from the beaches of Lido di Arco, Torbole sul Garda and Riva del Garda.
It is also possible to plan guided cultural visits to the archaeological sites of the territory, to the Castle of Arco, to the medieval parish churches and to the forts.
