The agriturismo
This beautiful stone house, independent, with infinity pool and 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, is located on an estate of 3 hectares, on the slopes of a gentle hill, a short distance from the ancient medieval village of Monte San Savino, in the heart of the Valdichiana. The house is immersed in a natural setting of unquestionable beauty and offers an enchanting panoramic view of the fields of corn, sunflowers and wheat of the valley below, and the small village of Gargonza, a splendid example of a fortified agricultural village, located on the ancient road that leads from Arezzo to Siena.
The accommodation
Near the medieval village of S. Savino, the detached stone house offers a large garden with BBQ and infinity pool and four bedrooms with bathroom and various amenities.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance under the porch leads to the living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV; on the same floor there is the dining room (with wooden table and chairs for 10 people) and wooden kitchen (with wooden table and chairs for 6 people); a double bedroom (Blue Room) with private bathroom (with double entrance, from the kitchen and from the outside); service bathroom and small closet with hanger. All rooms, except the bathroom, are only separated by beautiful arches and have direct access to the outside. The first floor is reached by an internal staircase, between the living room and dining room; it consists of 2 double bedrooms (Green Room and Orange Room) with private bathroom with shower, a triple room (Red Room) with double bed, French bed and private bathroom with shower. In the house are available Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender, American coffee maker, moka.
The accommodation has a covered parking for two cars and its own outdoor space of about 3000 square meters with BBQ available to guests.
The property extends over land mainly dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees for the production of extra virgin olive oil and vineyards. The infinity pool is for the exclusive use of guests. The owners are reserved and hospitable, always available to guests.
