The agriturismo
The Farmhouse, just renovated, is located about 450 meters above sea level, near the National Park of the Casentino Forests. It includes three farmhouses, all belonging to the same family. The structure is surrounded by woods and vineyards and dominates the surrounding valley. It is ideal for those who want to be in contact with nature and take long walks or escurtions, or relax in the pool at the disposal of guests and owners of the complex. The structure is part of a winery that produces natural wines, we organize tastings and free tours of the cellar.
The accommodation
The historical stone farmhouse dates back to before 1700 and has been recently renovated in the respect of the original architecture and materials. It 's composed by 2 apartments: The LOGGIA: for 8 people, it is composed of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, one with shower and bathtub), a very spacious and well equipped kitchen, gas oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine over that obviously all the necessary for cooking, a spacious living room with a large stone fireplace and a glass door overlooking a small panoramic loggia. The entrance of this apartment consists of a large outdoor loggia with table and chairs, barbecue, in front of a large park, ideal for children to play. The GELSOMINO: for 2 people, it is composed of a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, a kitchen with a lovely fireplace, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook. Outside, a loggia with table, chairs and barbecue for enjoying lunches or dinners immersed in nature. It is also possible to rent the entire farmhouse, since the apartments can be connected internally. Services included in the price: wood for fireplaces, water, electricity, gas, linen (bathroom, kitchen and bedroom) with weekly change - cot / crib - Wifi - barbecue - animals - wine tasting and visit to the cellar.
