The accommodation
Located on a hill at the foot of which the river Arno takes its first steps, about 380 meters above sea level, the farmhouse dominates nature with its quiet, despite Capolona and Subbiano only 1 km away. Here guests will experience a captivating holiday, feeling welcome and at ease, like at home. The farm is configured as a real farm village, divided into 4 buildings, nestled in the Tuscan countryside. The owner family from Arezzo will be available to guests to let them live and savor unforgettable moments of relaxation. The village is divided into 4 structures, three of which house apartments equipped with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, moka coffee maker, electric water kettle. In the farmhouse closest to the forest, there are 5 apartments on the first and second floor (Nippetella and Melissa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Malva and Verbena with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Mint with 1 bedroom and a bathroom). On the ground floor the restaurant (inside with outdoor patio), the flagship of the company.? The second structure (Basilico) is represented by a single room with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (old farmer's hut). The lower house houses 3 apartments (Timo, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, Salvia, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Rosmarino, with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). Finally, a fourth structure (Oregano) hosts the company's oil mill where extra-virgin olive oil is produced. In the restaurant are served typical buffet dinners 3 times a week and in other evenings more frugal but not less tasty: cheese and cold cuts with marmellatine, pasta with typical and sweet sauce. In the back of the houses, located in a garden surrounded by woods, there is a panoramic swimming pool (9 x 16 meters) incorporating the one of 3 x 3 meters for children. The exterior is surrounded by woods, meadows and terraces with olive and fruit trees. In the park there is a playground, a life course for outdoor training, a bowling green and a ping-pong table. At guests' disposal, finally, barbecue and wood oven.
