CasaViVa Farmhouse is made by an Italian psychotherapist and a Spanish aeronautical engineer together with their two children, "looking for a new chapter in life!"

Agriturismo "CasaViVa" is a living project and is the result of a life transformation undertaken by a Italian psychotherapist and a Spanish aeronautical engineer residing in Hamburg for the last ten years, along with their two young kids, embarking on a new life venture, embracing a different lifestyle and environment and following the conscious decision of our hearts.
Agriturismo Casa ViVa is a haven of comfort and relaxation where every guest will be welcomed by the warmth and hospitality of this family.
The rustic charm of the property blends harmoniously with the breathtaking natural surroundings, ensuring a truly engaging and invitingatmosphere.
Nestled in the heart of the Valdichiana, Agriturismo CasaViVa offers a serene escape from hectic city life, allowing guests to easily explore nearby attractions while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside on the one hand, and allowing them to be part of the life of the "great little town," Pozzo della Chiana, on the other.
Accommodations feature 4 cozy double rooms and 1 apartment with kitchen, renovated with attention to detail, reflecting the essence of Tuscany's rich cultural heritage. The serene surroundings offer a peaceful retreat, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate.
A garden of approx. 3000sqm, olive trees, fruit trees, and breathtaking sunsets are available.

Within a short distance are the fascinating towns of Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Lucignano, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno, and much more, which will allow each guest to immerse themselves in the essence of Tuscany and Umbria.
For those who love adventure and exploration, the agriturismo serves as an ideal base camp. Within a short distance arecharming medieval villages, vineyards and olive groves, where you can indulge in wine tastings, culinary experiences and outdoor activities. From hiking and biking to ultralight flights, there is something for everyone!
In addition to the breathtaking scenery, the farm is surrounded by rolling hills and fertile soils. Fresh, local ingredients are used in the kitchen to create authentic Tuscan dishes, fused with high-quality Spanish dishes.
