The farmhouse is located in the center of Valdichiana between Arezzo and Siena and only 15 minutes by car from Cortona.

Apartments: all apartments are equipped with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends. Please note: the extra two people in apartments 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 will sleep on a sofa bed and cannot be older than 14 years old, ditto for the extra ten people in the full facility.

Pool and garden: The highlight of Podere Il Belvedere is the large pool (16 x 8), surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation and fun. The pool is located within a large 7,000 m² garden, which offers plenty of space to relax, play, or dine outdoors.

Outdoor living: guests can dine al fresco in thegazebo area, complete with a large barbecue. The property also has achildren's play area and a ping-pong table for entertainment.

In a week there are many sights to visit here in the surrounding area, often a week is not enough.

The Agriturismo is located in an extremely central area and equidistant from the major cities of Art.

In fact, just 20 km away is Arezzo with its historic center (very easy to reach) famous for the Joust of the Saracen as well as place of many films including "Life is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni.

Every first Sunday of the month, the Antiques Fair where you can find anything and everything.

Just 45 km away are Siena and Perugia , the former with its famous Piazza del Campo where the traditional Palio di Siena takes place in July and August.

Cortonais 12 km away, with its beautiful view of the Valdichiana, its narrow streets full of antique dealers and typical Tuscan artisan shops. Also at the end of August the oldest Tuscan Antiques Exhibition takes place.

At about 30 km instead you can reach Montepulciano (beautiful Medieval Village in the province of Siena) and Pienza while arriving towards Siena you reach the beautiful village of San Gimignano and then continue to Volterra.

At 40 km, the most important place in Italy for the production of Wine: Montalcino with all its wineries where you can buy directly the most famous wines of Italy.

In the surrounding area it is also possible to visit many places famous for their ancient religious tradition: from theAbbey of San Salvatore to theAbbey of Sant'Antimo, to the north of Arezzo with the Sanctuary of La Verna, Monte Fumaiolo and Camaldoli.

Further south towards Perugia is Lake Trasimeno with its islands: Maggiore, Minore and Polvese easily reached by boats from Tuoro sul Trasimeno.

After Perugia you reach Assisi with all its tradition linked to St. Francis and his Basilica and finally Spoleto famous for the Festival of the Two Worlds.

While, at greater distances, Florence and its Lungarni(70 km), Pisa and the beautiful Lucca (150 km).

And finally, the Eternal City, Rome, 160 km away and a two-hour drive that, though little, with one day can be partly visited in its magnificent and ancient splendor.

There are also numerous outlets in the area: from theOutLet Village Valdichiana just 10 km away (where one can find the stores of Levis, Nike, Puma, Calvin Klein etc.) to the OutLet south of Florence only 50 km from the farmhouse such as "Space" and "The Mall" which deal in prestigious and world famous brands from Gucci to Prada, Ferragamo to Louis Vuitton, Todt's to Hoogan.

The nearest supermarket to the farmhouse is 1.5 km away, but the one with the best supply and where service is impeccable is the Eurospar in Castiglion Fiorentino, 10 km away. Also nearby there are many restaurants where you can taste the best traditional Tuscan dishes as well as the very famous Bistecca Fiorentina born in these Places. At a Winery in Lucignano it is possible instead to take excellent wine tasting tours. Moreover, there are many wineries, between Arezzo and Siena, where you can find the most famous wines of the area.

For the more sporty there is: the riding school at 12 km from the property where you can make unforgettable horseback rid es admiring the surrounding landscape , the most famous Golf Course in Italy near Florence, the Tennis Court at 10 km, sport fishing at the private lake of the farmhouse (at 800 mt), paths at the estates for trekking, jogging and walks with Mountain-Bikes.

At Foiano della Chiana just 06 km from Podere Belvedere there are pharmacies, newspapers and magazines, bars and tobacconists while the nearest hospital is 08 km away.
