The agriturismo
Located in the innermost heart of Valdichiana in Tuscany between Arezzo and Siena, the ancient farmhouse is part of the 160 hectar wide farm ' Fattoria di Brolio', where the surrounding fields are cultivated with corn, sunflowers and sugar beets.
The accommodation
The Agriturismo Il Belvedere, totally renovated in 2003 and renovated in 2012, was the old home of the farmers who worked at the Farm Brolio.
The interiors, finely restored and furnished with extreme elegance in the respect of the Tuscan tradition, fully reflect the needs of our customers.
The apartments are eight and are divided as follows: seven apartments (each of about 45 square meters.), five on the ground floor and two on the first floor, are composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, possibility to add a sofa bed (only for children), double bedroom with bathroom.
Another apartment (more or less than 80 square meters.) consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette, possibility to add a sofa bed (only for children), two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
The ground floor apartment with double bedrooms is equipped with facilities for the handicapped.
All the apartments have enchanting ceilings with wooden beams, a very well cared for terracotta as in the best Tuscan tradition, antique furniture, orthopedic beds.
The bathrooms, also finely restored, all have showers.
The apartments are all equipped with sheets and towels.
All kitchenettes have a refrigerator, four burners, cooking pots, glasses, cutlery, cups etc. ...
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV with all major world television programs.
