The agriturismo

The farmhouse is the result of the restoration of an oldfarmhouse and a small residential complex for tourist usehas recently been built, consisting of 9 apartments. The garden of the farmhouse has a swimming poolsuitable for children and there is a private lake.

The farmhouse covers an area of 44 hectares of land with woodland bordered downstream from the river Arno. It enjoys a wide panoramic view over the hills and the woods bordering the Arno River, which can be reached by pleasant marked paths that continue along an interesting protected area.

 

The accommodation

The restoration of the old farmhouse has led to the birth of the farmhouse, which has recently seen the creation of a small complex for tourist use. Hospitality is offered in 9 apartments: eachapartment has a living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

At guests' disposal there is also a large hallfor ceremonies with a common equippedkitchen. At the reception, there is a free wireless network with ADSL.

 

The structure is also surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, suitable for children. There is also a barbecue,two verandas,sunbeds, garden tables and chairs. A few hundred meters away there is also a private lake where you can go fishing, with your own equipment, and not far away flows the Arno river, which crosses the Valle dell'Inferno, in the natural park of Bandella.

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is only 3.7 km from the village of Levane with all kinds of shops, and 8 km from Montevarchi , served by the railway station: from here in about 35 minutes you can reach the railway station in Florence, a few hundred meters from the Duomo.

It is also possible to visit the cities of Arezzo at 25km, a medieval city also renowned for its artisan gold working industry; the Pratomagno area at 40 km (Poppi, Chiusi della Verna, Bibbiena, etc.). Within a radius of 30 km from the farmhouse there are also the most exclusive areas of the famous Chianti Classico, rich in prestigious farms, renowned towns and monuments such as Radda, Gaiole, Greve and the Castle of Brolio.
