The agriturismo
The structure, original from the 1600s, is anancient refreshment station for travelers on their way to the Sanctuary of La Verna. Immense estate of over 300 hectares of pastures and woods bordering the Casentino Forest National Park.

The accommodation
As of 2022, the facility is dedicated only to groups of at least 12-15, up to 50 people, who can also take the facility exclusively.
The farmhouse is derived from a property of about 1,500 sq. m. located in a hilly position(500 meters above sea level), renovated in respect of the historical context of the "Casentino", dating back to about 1600-1700; several sources indicate its origins as a resting place for horses on the road from Florence to the sanctuary of La Verna located 10 - 12 km from the facility.
WiFi Internet, heated pool , SPA Wellness Area (on request, extra charge), children's playground, farm animals , a dream for large families with children.
The facility has Rooms (double/triple/quadruple) and Apartments equipped with kitchenette (2 to 8 places) for a total of 50 beds.
Most rooms have air conditioning in addition to fans.
A large living area equipped with comfortable sofas, common TV area, with large glass doors and a view of the garden, in addition one there is also a playroom for younger children.
In addition to the kitchens of the individual apartments there is the large common professional kitchen, which is perfectly equipped to easily prepare everything for a large group, or for family parties or a wedding, if desired it will also be possible to book catering service. Next to the kitchen is the spacious dining room, where the whole group can eat together on one side and on the other side is alarge outdoor area with Tables chairs and benches, if you want to eat outside, an extra-large grill is available.
The facility has awellness area with a whirlpool and relaxation area arranged on a panoramic terrace, Finnish and infrared sauna, steam bath, experience shower, bath and massage area. Outside the farmhouse is a large swimming pool - heated with solar panels - of 120 square meters with solarium and a children's play area
Thehuge garden stretches around the house, the playground and the pool, centuries-old oaks, acacias, fruit trees, Mediterranean shrubs, broom, rosemary, sage, lavender and flowers of all kinds, olive trees, make up the property.
