The accommodation
The rural village of the '700 stands on the hill overlooking Monterchi, from which you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the entire Valtiberina. Surrounded by 12 hectares of biologically cultivated hay and olive trees, it is composed of 2 farmhouses with private swimming pools: Montemiliano and Casa Rughino. It is possible to rent entire complexes, single apartments or rooms. The houses, 150 meters away and well restored, each have a panoramic view, independent heating, garden with furnished pergola, barbecue and swimming pool. Montemiliano: consists of 3 units - Storeroom, Barn and Tabaccaia - a few meters away from each other. A common area (Taverna) allows you to accommodate all the occupants at the table and to use an equipped kitchen. Il Fienile, on two levels, offers independent access to two bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor and a complete apartment on the ground floor. La Rimessa, surrounded by the garden, is a studio with kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom and closet. In Tabaccaia (ancient tobacco drier) 2 double rooms with bathroom have been created, connected by an internal staircase. Casa Rughino is a Tuscan farmhouse composed of a main unit and an annex just a few meters away. On the ground floor of the main house a large terrace overlooking Monterchi introduces the Sole apartment, composed of a living room with fireplace and equipped kitchen, double bedroom, a triple bedroom, bathroom and closet. On the upper floor an internal staircase connects the apartment with a third double bedroom, the bathroom and a small living room that can be used either as a Sole or a Luna apartment. On the mezzanine floor, the Luna apartment has an equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a living room communicating with the sun, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom; upstairs there are, in addition to the bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2/3 beds. Aurora room is a double room with bathroom, private entrance and terrace on the garden (connected to the Luna apartment). The hayloft has been transformed into a Cielo studio with a small living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor; double bedroom with large windows on the mezzanine.
