The agriturismo

Agriturismo San Lorenzo is located not far from the historic center of the town of Monte San Savino; it is a typical 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by hills with olive groves.

Activities and surrounding

There is an opportunity to immerse oneself in nature through the so-called San Lorenzo trail. The route takes about 1 hour with departure from the farm. Among olive trees and fields, you arrive at a path in the woods. It runs alongside an ancient stream, used to bring water to the town of Monte San Savino. Surrounded by the murmur of the forest and the scent of different plants (laurel, broom, fern, fir, chestnut, holm oak, etc.) you can meet different animals such as deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits.

There will be 2 small picnic areas with tables to enjoy a picnic snack.

Monte San Savino is particularly well known for its food and wine traditions, which can be enjoyed in the many restaurants in and around the historic center.
