The agriturismo
The Agriturismo is located in Lucignano, the pearl of the ValdiChiana, in the centre between Arezzo and Siena, close to the Val d' Orcia and the great cities and medieval villages of Tuscany. We are a family business, we produce quality Chianti wine in the farm of 24 hectares including crops, vineyards and animals, we love to welcome tourists seeking relaxation and privacy to visit and enjoy Tuscany between nature and wellness.
During your stay we can cook only for you breakfasts and typical dinners, with products at km0 and real Chianina meat, which has its origins right here in the Valdichiana, we carry out cooking classes and we have an organic garden where you can pick fresh vegetables every day.

The farmhouse was the home of the peasants who worked in sharecropping for the Count, the first and second floor which was accessed from the loggia outside there 'were homes, while the ground floor were used as cellars and storage of crops. Today the restored farmhouse maintains its original architecture, forming 4 rooms on the second floor, 2 rooms on the attic floor and a large living area where you can have breakfast, enjoy Tuscany with dinner characterized by our typical dishes, immerse yourself in a tasting of our wines or take cooking classes to learn Tuscan recipes. The ground floor instead is at the moment project of a future enlargement.
When it once belonged to the Count of Casalta the main workings of the farm were related to the cultivation of tobacco. Currently the company consists of several hectares of land divided into various crops (forest, vegetables, olive trees, fruit trees, mixed grassland) and 7 hectares of certified Chianti vineyards for the sale of grapes and the production of our wine. Since 2010 the farm has been authorized to Agritourismactivities.
