We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking confirmation, the balance will be paid upon arrival at the property
The 5th additional bed can be added in each of the 4 houses and is prepared at the request of customers at a cost of € 20.00 per week, ditto for shorter stays.
The cost of electricity is on consumption and includes the use at your discretion of air conditioning, will be made reading of the meters of the individual apartments on arrival and departure with final payment of the cost due according to the established price of € 0.50 per Kw/h.
We have free of charge at guests' disposal 2 folding Baby Cots and 2 high chairs, they will be made available to guests upon request, but subject to availability check based on the order of arrival of the various requests.
Self-servicelaundry service available for a fee, for use please contact reception during 10am-2pm - Cost €4.00 per wash, detergent included and €3.00 for dryer-.
Upon request E-Bike rental service in agreement with local rental companies, either with guide service-organized excursions or at liberty with bike delivery at the facility according to the availability of the renter. For rates and conditions, we are available to provide you with all useful information.
