In the meantime, we thank you for your compliments on your kindness and confirm that attention to the needs of our guests is paramount for us, it was a pleasure to feed your son gluten-free products made by us.

As for the typical cuisine, I remain very amazed as we served dishes inspired exclusively by the old typical recipes of the Tuscan peasant cuisine of our area: poor, simple cuisine, but rich in true, authentic and genuine flavors. When the products are fresh and of the highest quality, simple cooking is the best way to bring out all their properties!

Bruschette with beans grown by us, cooked al fiasco, and organic extra virgin olive oil of our own production.
Field vegetables, picked by us and sauteed with all our own ingredients: oil, garlic and spices.
Baked Arista with our own potatoes - Arista is a Florentine dish that originated as far back as the Renaissance and is still one of the mainstays of Florentine cuisine. Our Roastbeef of scannello with meat that arrived from the Caf of Mugello. Florentine-style peas, cauliflower flan from our organic garden!

Considering that in April our garden is not yet able to provide us with Asparagus and Artichokes, thanks to a collaboration with a company in Maremma we have prepared for you Lasagna with Artichokes and Risotto with Asparagus ( the latter enriched with Forest Asparagus found in the afternoon by me).

I have given only a few examples of the dishes we have prepared for you! To this I would like to add that we also produce all the herbs and spices we need for cooking ourselves: Garlics, onions, shallots, Celery, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Laurel, Nipitella, Savory, Oregano, Basil, Chives, and so much more.
Then perhaps I would say that everything is from the land, and most importantly, most of the products are just grown by us.

As for green bugs, being in the countryside some may happen, but I would categorically refute your remark where you speak of "invasion." A few can happen when there is a sharp drop in temperatures and these harmless little animals try to survive by taking refuge in sheltered places. Just leave the room door open too long and maybe someone comes in!!! They are harmless and do not bother; they are green bugs or skunks as we call them. They have nothing to do with pesky bugs.

We therefore remain amazed at some points in your review that do not reflect our offer at all.
