A XI century Tuscan Castle in the beautiful Florentine hills. The farmhouse is run by a young Italian couple and it is finely restored and well equipped with three Pools, SPA Sauna & Jacuzzi, two BAR, one Tuscan Restaurant ( Selection " à la Carte " )  and private lovely gardens for outside dining. 2km to shops ( Designer Outlet Village , bank, restaurant etc. ). Just 20 km to Florence.

The structure has undergone a careful and complex conservative restoration carried out in a manner faithful to the original plan and is located on the top of a rocky cliff overlooking the valley below surrounded by a whole series of stone terraces that together with the architectural design of the property re-propose the idea of a Medieval Castelletto (as it was, moreover, in its time).

The whole is surrounded by a private, fenced-in park of oak and cypress trees that blends with recurring green spaces. Here are home to three striking pools carved inside the rock in front of the tower's main entrance. Both pools are accessible and usable free of charge during most of the Year. They remain in any case visible for scenic and image purposes, all year round, with LED night lighting and the possibility of using the smaller circular pool that has conditioned heating, whirlpool and professional fountain for cervical massage.

The Castelluccio has a large reception room with a sitting area and fireplace (free WI FI connection), three dining rooms and charming rooms "equipped with furnishings consistent with the traditional colonial style revisited by the owners under the banner of a definitely creative and personal taste" (source Press "the best Villas and Mansions in Tuscany")

Guests are offered breakfast and dinner service ( A la Carte Selection ) allowing them to enjoy a cuisine in line with the Tuscan culinary tradition and especially Mugello with revisited typical dishes and wide assortment of local and National wines.

The service is particularly accurate, available to the specific needs of the customer (with attention to the diet of the little ones) and consistently in line with the basic principles and criteria of the best local "Slow Food" tradition (only express dishes of the best Tuscan gastronomic tradition).

The Castelluccio has Standard, Superior and Suite type rooms ( with Jacuzzi, with mini swimming pool in the room or with private access to the SPA of the farm ) with private bathroom inside equipped with every service and comfort (remote control air conditioning, mini bar, LCD color TV with digital terrestrial and predisposition Slot "pay per view", hair dryer, toilet set with aromatic detergents and scented essences).

Inside the recently renovated colonial building called "Casa del Pastore" and located downstream of the agritourism complex, just a few minutes from all tourist accommodations , are the premises of the brand new "SPA - Sauna & Jacuzzi".

The new environment dedicated to the Relaxation of the body and mind, thanks to the benefits of heat, massage and water, is equipped with mini Technical Pool with professional whirlpool and Gayser jet functions, professional Finnish Sauna, Emotional Shower ( aromatherapy, chromotherapy, Tropical shower, Blade and Scottish Shower ), Salt Wall and self massaging water bed.

Access is allowed wearing the guest's personal bathrobe and slippers except for the possibility of opting for our SPA Kit upon request (with an extra charge of euro 15,00).

The use of the SPA is possible only in "private" mode (it is never shared with guests of other accommodations/rooms) and is reserved for all guests of adult age, from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm with a simultaneous presence of no more than 4 people (belonging in any case to the same accommodation/family unit).

The reservation of the 1-hour service and the access time slot involve a surcharge of 35.00 euros/person. Regarding the possible presence of minors in the household, please du want to contact the front desk, because special exceptions are possible.

Should the concurrent presence in the SPA of the parents who have the children in custody take over.

It is also possible to book the SPA for the duration of 2 hours to celebrate the special anniversary of Couple (2 adult persons) in privacy. In this case, 1 Bottle of Bubbles with "appetizers" served in the privacy of the room is included.

The surcharge provided is 165.00 euros per couple.

The time slots for access in the SPA (always private) must be agreed with the Reception, which can check in real time the remaining hourly availability.

The farm complex is located in a strategic geographic position: 5 Km from the A1, 20 minutes from Florence.
For people that love trekking there are many roots, it is also possible to travel by mountain bike for the well being and the physical physique and for mental relaxation. For those that prefer to play golf just 15 minutes away is an International course with 18 holes with a field and master instructors for car members on request. (Golf Poggio dei Medici).

There is a tennis court with fields on beaten and synthetic land and with teachers available for private lessons located on the tennis court.
There are various solutions for equestrian lovers, there is a horse-riding centre specialized in dressage and jumping. If there are children wanting to ride a pony, a pony is waiting for them to learn how to ride and enjoy himself or herself.

Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, and Montalcino the Tuscan coast is easily reach. For sport lovers, apart from the swimming pool, mountain biking and bowls there other things to do within the neighbourhood.

Outside of the boxed off and no parking area lies innumerable sensations of the countryside for which it is possible to reach close to the enchanting mountain fountain, hills above the village, forests of oaks and chestnut trees with the possibility of seeing rare wildlife and wild flower species (roe deers, buckskins, wild boars, foxes, hawks, herons and flamingos).

The lake offers various beaches equipped with bathing, boats, canoes and kayak for excursions along the infinite and fascinating shores that cross forests and hills, equipment for water sports (windsurf, sailing boats).
