The agriturismo
Immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside, among olive groves and woods, not far from Florence, the farm is equipped to offer regenerating holidays all year round. The building, dating back to the year 1000, originally the ancient home of the powerful family of Ubaldini, has recently been renovated and still retains most of its original features.
The villa is surrounded by a magnificent park with swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) available exclusively to guests of the farm.
The accommodation
On one side of the building there is the main villa where the owners live, while next to it there are 6 apartments (from one to six beds) furnished with care in rustic style.
Apartment 1 has on the ground floor a kitchen and living room, on the first floor a double bedroom with possibility of extra bed, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3 has a living room with kitchenette and two beds, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 4 has on the ground floor a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, upstairs a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two beds.
Apartment 5 has a kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility of a third bed, a bathroom with shower. It has a private garden corner, the apartment is suitable for the handicapped.
The A and B studios have a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
