The agriturismo
In our accommodation we have different types of solutions: double, triple and quadruple rooms with private bathroom, one, two, three-room apartments with up to 6 bedrooms and two kitchens. Another very important aspect of our business is tied to our farm. We produce wines (IGT white and red Chianti DOCG), extra virgin Tuscan olive oil, honey, Grappa, Vin Santo, Cantuccini and fruit jams. For dinner and breakfast we use our products.

The accommodation
Our farmhouse consists of a main structure and two annexes, located at 50 and 200 meters respectively. In our farmhouse we can also accommodate quite a few groups. The stays range from simple overnight stays or weekly rentals, to treatments with breakfast up to half board. We propose a simple and genuine dinner with products and recipes of our Tuscan tradition. In the accommodation we have various types of solutions: double, triple and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms, studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments up to 6-bedroom apartments and two kitchens. We have two indoor restaurants, thanks to which we can accommodate our numerous customers and outside groups too. We offer dinners, typical Tuscan lunches and tastings from various price ranges. Our tastings can be done depending on the season and the weather, both in the garden where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village of Vinci and inside. Customers can relax sitting at the table listening to the explanations of the products offered. At the reception of our farm you can book guided tours directly with a Tourist Guide that works with us, who will be happy to provide tourist information to our customers on the main destinations to visit or to accompany them directly to the places.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is located in Vinci, in the heart of Tuscany. The town is worldwide famous for being the birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci, and is a pleasant holiday destination where you can visit the Leonardo Museum, (the only museum outside of Florence in excess of 100,000 visitors per year), the medieval village and the House Birthplace of the Renaissance genius. It is a place visited every year by thousands of tourists, thanks to its two advantages: the geographical location at the heart of Tuscany and the exemption from the tourist ticket for the Bus.

I have been managing Il Piastrino since 1990 with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
