The accommodation
Up on the hill, a typical Tuscan country road with an enchanting panorama leads to Podere Belvedere.
You park in the olive grove, then walk up through the farmyard, among the animals: the piglet, geese, dachshund and Moroseta chickens (strange chickens with black skin and pens combed with a brush upwind).
Around a breathtaking view of the hills of Chianti Rufina, behind a brick red farmhouse. Inside, what you don't expect. Come on in.
Edoardo Tilli, together with his wife Claudia, leads this place of hospitality and food in a fun and relaxed way; he almost seems to be a singer of a new cuisine, where the territory has to do with it but also fantasy and creativity, which he certainly does not lack.
Put a place in the Tuscan countryside, a farm of the real ones, with lots of animals around the fields, peace and energy to relax and disconnect from everyday life and here is the Podere Belvedere.
