The accommodation
On the Florentine hills, with an enchanting view of Florence, the farmhouse welcomes guests in two independent apartments:
***THE TERRACE (2 persons): external stone staircase, large panoramic terrace with table and chairs, bright living room with terracotta floor and beamed ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, double bedroom and bathroom with shower**
***LOGGIA (from 4 to 6 people): on three levels, on the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, armchairs and old fireplace, kitchen equipped with antique sink, table and chairs and old stone staircase; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with furniture from the early '900), bathroom with shower and wooden spiral staircase; on the third floor there is another bedroom (old attic with original Tuscan terracotta floor, typical wooden beamed ceiling and view of the garden) **
The accommodation includes the stay in the house and includes consumption (water, energy, gas) and products for breakfast in the first days (jam, wine and oil produced on the farm, the rest of local origin).
Also included are the use of the swimming pool and garden, the use of the barbecue, painting material, information and material for visiting Florence, booking for Florentine museums.
