Damage deposit € 260 per apartment (to be given at arrival through credit card pre authorization and returned at departure after the check of the accommodation)

Important Note about waste collection:
It is mandatory to correctly separate the waste in the
special bins for separate waste collection in each apartment and leave them out
of the apartment at check out; otherwise a fee of € 35 per apartment will be
requested. If waste that is not properly sorted is found in the property's
waste containers, a payment of € 100.00 will be requested
