The agriturismo
The farm is surrounded by greenery in a property of about 50 hectares, where olive trees and vines are cultivated, producing a very valuable extra virgin olive oil and an excellent Chianti wine, according to an ancient peasant tradition for generations.
The farm is personally followed by Aldo Pasquini and his family, both in the production of typical products and in the management of the farm. This is why guests have the opportunity to get in touch with the true Tuscan peasant nature, thus appreciating the simple "healthy living".

The accommodation
The apartments are of different sizes and are located in three areas of the farmhouse: in the main body of the farmhouse and on two barns adjacent to it. They are all recently restored, comfortable and furnished in the typical Tuscan style, which is not a taste, but rather a rural and simple lifestyle.
Each apartment has a kitchen with everything you need, satellite TV, washing machine and a space outside under characteristic gazebos where you can have lunch or simply rest in the tranquility and silence of the farm.
The apartment FRANTOIO n.1 is the largest, about 110 square meters. It is located on the upper floor of the farmhouse and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 triple), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a large kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, and a living room with TV. Beautiful view of the vineyard and the Arno Valley and private equipped gazebo in the garden, with private barbecue.
The apartment MORELLINO n.2 is about 70 sqm. It is also located on the first floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple), 1 bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Beautiful view on the garden of the swimming pool and private equipped gazebo in the garden with shared barbecue.
The apartments LECCINO n.4 and PENDOLINO n.5 are on the lower floor and consist respectively of the first one with 1 bedroom, a kitchen with single bed/sofa, 1 bathroom with shower; the second one with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple), a kitchen with sofa, 1 bathroom with shower. They also have a shared equipped terrace in front of the apartment and a shared barbecue.
In the largest barn, on the first floor, we find the apartments TREBBIANO n.6 and MALVASIA n.7 consisting of 1 double bedroom, a kitchen with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Beautiful view of the vineyard and the Arno Valley. They have a terrace with gazebo on the ground floor with shared barbecue, and a small loggia on the upper floor.
The apartment SANGIOVESE n.8 is comfortable and consists of 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed and bathroom with shower), kitchen with double sofa bed and 1 second bathroom with shower also for disabled guests. The apartment has the compliance with the law to accommodate disabled guests. It overlooks the characteristic stone "aia" from which you can access the garden with swimming pool. In front of the apartment there is a large and beautiful loggia where you can have lunch and relax and barbecue in
municipality.
The apartments VINSANTAIA n.10 and OLIVAIA n.11 are located in the smallest barn and in a more secluded area of the farmhouse. In particular the apartment VINSANTAIA consists of 1 double bedroom which is accessed by a staircase, located on the upper floor, a kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment OLIVAIA, although of the same size as the previous one, is an entire area with a large masonry loft for the bedroom. A large garden and equipped terrace are located just in front of the two apartments, which enjoy a beautiful view of the hills leading to Florence.
Activities and surrounding
A few steps from the main building there is the room, furnished in Tuscan style, with a large reading area, Wi-Fi area and an adjacent area dedicated to product tastings and breakfasts for guests. The room is ideal for all sorts of activities and can accommodate up to 20 people. It is flooded with light and opens towards all directions of nature.
The San Jacopo Farm also has an outdoor swimming pool that offers a splendid panoramic view of the Arno valley and is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender. Adjacent to the outdoor pool you can also find an areareserved for children's games.
The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, far from the roar of the city, on a plateau of about 50 hectares overlooking the Arno valley but, at the same time, the location allows you to reach in a short time several historic centers of considerable importance: cultural cities suitable for organizing trips out of town, such as the beautiful Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Marvelous place. Very warm hospitality by all family Pasquini especially lovely Elise. The 2 rooms flat was very convinient with excellent double bed , fully equipped kitchen and 2 en suit bathrooms. The yard was beautiful with private swimming pool which we enjoyed very much.

I have been doing this job for 26 years along with my family.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
