Regulations
The total settlement will be paid at arrival
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card,
Security deposit of € 150 is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 18:00.
Rooms must be left at least at 9:00.
Weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday.
We require the cleaning of the provided kitchen utensils before leaving the apartment
Booking formality
The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from reservation to 30 days before arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 days to 1 day before arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 0 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival (no show) or in case of early departure we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
