The agriturismo
The farmhouse La Quercia is located in the beautiful Maremma countryside but despite the view spaces towards the hills and plains it is also a quiet corner from which you can reach the sea , which is quite close.
The property is in a strategic location: Puntone di Scarlino with its port and Follonica are about 15km away. Punta Ala, a prestigious port and tourist center, is 20km away.
The accommodation
The old building, after careful renovation, houses 4 apartments, one of them barrier-free, with a total of 11 beds, tastefully furnished and equipped with an independent outdoor space.
Two apartments are located on the ground floor and are ideal for families since they have two bedrooms.
Two apartments, on the other hand, are located on the second floor and are the best choice for couples since they have only one double bedroom.
By choice, no sofa beds have been placed to increase the number of beds. This is so as not to overcrowd the house and to allow all guests to enjoy the garden and pool in safety and tranquility.
Relaxation and fun are assured by the swimming pool (mt. 12x5) and the possibility of playing soccer, volleyball, bocce, hiking and mountain biking.
For children there is a small playground.
