The agriturismo
Located on an attractive hill in the heart of the Maremma area, the agriturismo is five minutes from the famous Terme di Saturnia spa centre, set amongst Etruscan necropolises and medieval villages.
The agriturismo produces organic produce that can be purchased on site. The staff speaks English, French and German.
The accommodation
5 double bedrooms are located in the family farmhouse, while a sixth is in an annexe which was once the furnace. All rooms have private bathrooms, TV, heating and air conditioning and are furnished with antique beds and cupboards that have been recovered and restored. In the large lounge on the ground floor, tasty sweet or savoury breakfasts are served, homemade by Grandma Vilna using farm produce.
On a small panoramic hill from which you can see the nearby Terme di Saturnia valley, the Argentario sea and even the Island of Giglio, a main farmhouse and two annexes are the site of the apartments, which sleep from two to four people. They consist of one or more double bedrooms (all ensuite), independent kitchenette, TV and heating and are rented already equipped with bed linen and towels.

The outdoor areas are equipped with barbecue and two panoramic swimming pools set amidst the farm’s beautiful vineyards and olive groves.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo has agreed special rates with the pools at the Terme di Saturnia and a local restaurant. Tastings can be organised on request for at least 8 people. Direct sales of certified organic produce from the producer to the consumer. Christmas baskets and packages can be shipped.
Within the agriturismo, there is a riding stables that allows beginners and experts to visit beautiful historical sites, with courses tailored to personal abilities.
Guests can go hiking, take part in the grape and olive harvests or visit Sorano, Pitigliano, Sovana, Lake Bolsena and the Uccellina Park. For relaxation, personalised poolside massages are available on request.
