The agriturismo

The agriturismo enjoys an enchanting view of the Maremma countryside, from the Argentario promontory to the Orbetello Lagoon, from the sea that laps the Tombolo della Gianella to the Tombolo della Feniglia. The garden and swimming pool make the view even more pleasant.

 

The accommodation

The accommodation consists of 6 comfortable and homely en-suite double rooms, TV, air conditioning and Arte Povera style furnishings, with daily cleaning.
In front of the farmhouse is a beautiful garden with swimming pool and sun terrace with panoramic views over the valley and the sea.

 

The food, served in the dining room or outside, features homemade produce following old traditional recipes handed down through generations. Everything on offer is homemade, from cakes, biscuits, jams and croissants for breakfast to naturally leavened bread, pasta, local meat and excellent vegetables from the garden.

 

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo, 1 km from Montiano and 8 km from the centre of Magliano, still entirely surrounded by walls, is only 20 minutes from the beaches in Talamone, the Tombolo della Giannella and the Maremma park. Mount Argentario offers breathtaking views over the Orbetello Lagoon and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.

The Terme di Saturnia spa centre is open year round. It is also possible to visit the wineries in the area famous for Morellino di Scansano and venture into the Maremma on foot or horseback or by mountain bike.

Here I am with my family, Diego , Rachele
I have been managing Prati degli Orti since 2009 along with my husband.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
