On a hillside overlooking the sea, with its 250 hectares of olive groves, woods and meadows, theFraschiera farmhouse is located right in the heart of the green Tuscan Maremma, in a strategic position: just 7 km from Massa Marittima, a medieval pearl, and only 16 km from Italy's most beautiful sea , which has been awarded for its environmental and tourist quality.

The estate's apartments , all furnished in Tuscan style, are spacious and comfortable.

The apartments, of various sizes, from 80 to 120 square meters, are the ideal accommodation to enjoy a family vacation, as a couple or with friends, in the heart of the most authentic Tuscan Maremma, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful sea in Italy and the most renowned art cities in Tuscany, immersed in nature, but without sacrificing comfort.

The two-room apartments, perfect for couples or small families, but also for the single traveler, are located on the ground floor. They have kitchenette equipped with everything you need, double bedroom, double sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. These apartments are also suitable for four-legged friends.

The three-room apartments, perfect for larger families or groups of friends, are located between ground floor, second floor and second floor (attic). All have one double bedroom, one with French bed or twin beds, two bathrooms with shower, large living area with sofa bed and TV, and equipped kitchenette.

From May to October (depending on the climate), the Estate offers guests the swimming pool, set in an extraordinary natural context, among olive trees, green meadows and aromatic plants: a unique setting with breathtaking views of the Maremma countryside and sunsets, which are splendid at any month of the year. Sunbeds, umbrellas and changing rooms are available to guests.

Even the Turkish bath, not only a steam bath with many positive effects, but a time for gathering and sharing, is available to guests every day, by reservation (extra charge) and availability.

In common areas, Wi-Fi is free, at no extra charge and always available to guests.

And then there are the 250 hectares of olive groves where Fraschiera stands, from which a fine Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is produced, with a unique and unmistakable flavor, which guests can also take home along with the authentic scent of the Maremma!

Maremma is the most authentic Tuscany: lushnature characteristic of the Mediterranean maquis, crystal-clear sea and golden beaches , medieval villages where, among the narrow alleys, you can breathe a unique and timeless atmosphere.

The possible outdoor activities are almost endless:Excursions to discover the most secluded corners and breathtaking views, among nature reserves and protected oases; cycling, walking or car trips, to get quickly to the sea or to the most renowned cities of art, such as Siena, Florence,Volterra and San Gimignano.

Among the area's most beautiful beaches are those of Cala Violina, Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia to the south, and Torre Mozza to the north. Theislands of the Tuscan archipelago are also easily reached by ferry from the port of Piombino, only a few kilometers from the estate.

There is something for all tastes and all ages: the Maremma is chosen for relaxation, but also for entertainment, culture, good food and good wine... For an active vacation, with the possibility of practicingphysical activity without limitations and indulging in any discipline. For two-wheel enthusiasts, there are numerous MTB trails, from Enduro to Freeride. For lovers of water sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing and snorkeling, to discover the spectacular seabed. Golf lovers have at their disposal two courses a few kilometers away from the Estate. For the little ones and more, amusement, water and adventure parks, as well as aquariums and educational farms.

A few kilometers from the Estate it will be possible to do all this, the staff is available to guests to recommend targeted activities according to need and season, because the Maremma is beautiful always, in every season of the year and even in the rain!
