The agriturismo
The old stone farmhouse is located at the foot of the hill in front of the village of Montiano, a short distance from the sea and the tourist resorts of Talamone and Argentario. The farm is distinguished by the breeding of horses and livestock. Saffron, precious extra-virgin olive oil, fodder and cereals are also cultivated. Guests can take walks within the property (50 hectares, with artificial lake) and have at their disposal a garden adjacent to the house, a swimming pool (7x14m) open from June to September and masonry box for horses with sand field obstacles (40x55m). In the immediate surroundings, the numerous proposals offered by the Maremma make the activities possible almost endless.
The accommodation
The property consists of two main buildings: the first houses two apartments on two different levels, connected externally, but with an independent entrance, adjacent to this is a small outbuilding, which houses a third apartment on two levels. The apartments, tastefully furnished in typical Maremma style and with fine pieces, are cozy, with large spaces, functional and equipped with every comfort. Stone fireplaces, antique furniture, artfully restored period doors, vaulted ceilings and exposed bricks make the rooms strongly characteristic and evocative. At guests' disposal, exclusively, a large garden with swimming pool (7x14m), gazebos and relaxation areas and masonry box for horses with sand field obstacles (40x55m). *¶¶ MANOR HOUSE ¶¶ 1ST FLOOR ¶¶ The apartment is very large and consists of: living area of 50 square meters with fireplace, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (for a total of 12 beds), two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath) and balcony overlooking the estate. * PADRONAL HOUSE - GROUND FLOOR The Cellar * It is a large studio apartment of about 65 square meters with living area with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and two single beds and a bathroom. *DEPANDANCE * Newly built, it houses an apartment consisting of: double bedroom, loft with double sofa bed, bathroom.
