The farmhouse Al Germano is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and tranquility of country life, being however only 6 km from the sea (the famous Etruscan Coast, with its crystal clear sea awarded several times with the Blue Flag) and several tourist resorts and cities of art, the country is 2 km from the structure where you can find all kinds of basic necessities and essential services such as the post office and an ATM.

The farmhouse is located in a context that promotes the repopulation of wildlife, such as hares and pheasants. Pets are also welcome and have the opportunity to sleep in the room with their owners so that they can feel at home.
The accommodation
Guests can stay in 6 rooms, rustic and furnished with period furniture, but comfortable and bright: a single room and 2 doubles with shared bathroom, another with access for the disabled, a triple room with private bathroom, living room and mini fridge.
There is a private car park, a large garden equipped with tables, a billiard room, a reading room and a room for meditation.
There is no air conditioning, but in each room there is a fan to give some refreshment on hot days.
