A farmhouse from the 1700s completely renovated and divided into apartments, complete with all comforts (wi-fi, heating/cooling, etc...) and nestled in the middle of the countryside surrounded by 20 hectares of land owned.
The right place for those who are looking for peace and tranquility.
Theground floor apartment is used for animals and has an exclusive garden.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 7 apartments all completely renovated in a conservative manner, leaving both externally and internally the charm of the exposed walls typical of an 18th-century Tuscan farmhouse.
The apartments range in size from 55 square meters to 110 square meters and all have independent kitchens and bathrooms.
Each apartment has air conditioning/heating system.
Activities and surrounding
Anapericena with typical Tuscan dishes is served during the summer.
The property is 20 km from Pisa and 13 km from Livorno.
