The farm is located on the hillside of Segalari between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the plain. It is located in the centuries-old olive grove of the homonymous farm, ten minutes drive from the sea and the town.

**IL ROSMARINO (ground floor + first floor)** Ground floor consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen with living room. On the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase of 10 steps, there is a double bedroom with balcony. Panoramic outdoor veranda with table and chairs.
Covid 19. To ensure greater security we have relied on an external cleaning company specialized in sanitizing all the rooms of the house to make a safe and relaxing stay for our guests.
**L'OLEANDRO** Composed on the ground floor of a double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen with living room. On the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase of 10 steps, there is a double bedroom with balcony. Panoramic outdoor veranda with table and chairs and outdoor space with gazebo.
There are no televisions to enjoy the panorama and nature in complete relaxation. Free wi-fi internet. Large private parking.
Included in the price: electricity, water, gas, sheets, towels.
The farmhouse has a vegetarian restaurant where you can taste traditional dishes of Tuscan cuisine at zero km, open every evening by reservation. The structure is suitable for holidays of families with children who love the sea and the tranquility of the countryside, couples looking for an isolated place but at the same time close to the sea and all amenities.
