The accommodation
In the quiet of the Tuscan countryside, an old vegetable storage building has been restored and converted into three apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen with living room and sofa bed, bathroom and two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, the other with a French bed and a half. The apartments are arranged on two levels: the ground floor and first floor. Levels of living comfort are achieved through special devices implemented with restructuring aimed at saving the building. The ventilated roof, the outer coat and quality fixtures to avoid heat loss and guarantee cool in summer and warm in winter. Photovoltaic and solar panels positioned on the roof plane South of the building, provide electricity and hot water needed
We are a small family owned 5 acres surrounded by nature and surrounded by woods and hills. 2 acres are planted with vegetables, winter and summer, 300 100 fruit trees and olive trees. A small Chicken Coop is located at the foot of the forest. The whole is made according to certified organic farming, avoiding the use of pesticides and chemicals pollutants, harmful to humans and the nature. The choice of method of organic farming, with more than 20 years ago, when little is talked about respect for the environment and Nature, has been mostly a lifestyle choice, convinced that everyone, in their field, must undertake to protect and enhance the places and areas in which they live. We are situated on the rolling hills of Tuscany between vineyards and olive groves, near Bolgheri with its famous Avenue of cypresses. The sea is just 6 km with the ability to access the natural oasis of Bolgheri with pristine beaches.
Also nearby are historic and artistic cities like Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence. Along the coast, 30 km c.a., lies an Etruscan archaeological site of Populonia, while inland, in the village M.mma there is San Silvestro mining Park.

To reach us: from Bibbona, Bolgheri, follow signs direction of km at the roadside, at km 2\/6 after 10 meters turn right into the small dirt road.
Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
