The agriturismo
A farm and agriturismo on a 73,000 m2 estate in the rolling hills of Bibbona,on the Etruscan Coast, 6 km from the sea.
The estate is cultivated with organic vines, olive trees, a small vegetable garden and a family orchard, and there is also a farm shop.
The accommodation
The structure consisting of two three-room apartments is situated in a hill just a few km from the sea, with its view, surrounded by green vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, far from any source of pollution. The apartments are independent with independent heating, furnished with original Tuscan furniture dating back to the '800 and equipped with every necessity. Outside, each apartment has its own exclusive garden, covered area in front of the entrance, equipped with benches and table with barbecue and indoor parking. The afternoon sea breeze, silence, quietness and shade of the pine trees surrounding the building guarantee maximum relaxation by mitigating the summer heat. The location is 6 km from the beaches of Marina di Bibbona, 2 km from the wine road of Bolgheri, a few km from medieval villages and Tuscan art cities. It is ideal for seaside, nature, wine tourism, cultural tourism etc.

The ideal place for a holiday filled with food and wine, culture, time by the sea and up close with nature, the agriturismo is just 1 km from the "Etruscan Coast" wine route, 5 km from Bolgheri, 6 km from Marina di Bibbona and an hour?s drive from cities of art such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Siena. Guests can also enjoy trekking in the Macchia della Magona biogenetic nature reserve, explore the region by bicycle or get involved in harvesting the farm?s produce.
