The agriturismo
The estate is found on a hill in a panoramic and strategic area where you may easily reach important cities like Pisa (and its airport), Lucca, Florence, Volterra. Nature, relax, peace, family-like setting are the qualities that make us stand out. From the top of the small hill guests may enjoy a lovely view of the landscape, full of all types of vegetation.
The accommodation
We offer spacious two-room apartments that will allow you to have a relaxing stay (for couples and families). You may even choose to cook your own meals or dine in our small and reserved restaurant, offering typical Tuscan dishes. During the summer our pool is open from June 2 to September 30, allowing guests to spend fresh days also on our solarium terrace, with a cool breeze against the summer heat. A small playground and farm animals will allow children to spend time outdoors, having fun.
Activities and surrounding
The residence is in the countryside, even though we are only 800 m from the freeway. The sea is about 12 km away, and guests may choose either a shore with sand or pebbles, with or without lounge chairs and umbrellas. Some beaches nearby also allow pets. You may even stroll along the countryside up to the nearby Gabbro, only 1.5 km away on foot. 7 km away you’ll reach Rosignano Marittimo, with its medieval castle, offering many events and a Museo Archeologico. 15 km away is Castiglioncello. Right nearby is the horse stable "Aquila Nera" if you love horseback riding. There is also the Oasi Lipu di Santa Luce for bird watching. Pisa is 30 min away; Florence, Lucca and Volterra are 1 hour away, Livorno, San Gimignano and Siena.
