The agriturismo
The Tripala farmhouse is a paradise surrounded by 28 hectares of green, located in the northern part of Garfagnana, the most uncontaminated, on the border with Lunigiana. The main peaks of the northern part of the Apuan Alps, such as Mount Pisanino and Mount Pizzo d'Uccello, stand out proudly in front of this structure. They are very suggestive destinations for trekking and mountaineering lovers and form a natural cradle where the Val Serenaia develops . A little more than an hour by car/train is also the beautiful Tuscan coast with Versilia, but also the Ligurian coast with the Cinque Terre!
In the immediate vicinity, you can find in the medieval villages restaurants and bars that will serve you typical dishes of Garfagnana and Lunigiana.
The accommodation
In the large space made available to the estate there are several complexes for a total of 4 apartments.
- Pizzo d'Uccello: a structure for 2 people with a double room, a bathroom with shower and a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
- La Piana Est: Suitable for 4 people is an apartment with 2 rooms and is located on the ground floor. Also here there is a kitchen with plenty of space, living room and bedroom have a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower, one of which is equipped for the disabled, a large covered veranda and a garden from which you can admire the Apuan Alps.
- La Piana West: This is the solution for larger groups and there are 3 rooms and enough space for up to 7 people. The apartment is on two floors and 2 rooms offer a double bed while 1 has two single beds. Here too there is plenty of space between the kitchen and living room and there is also a living room with TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The house is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 covered verandas. Also from here, going out into the garden, there is a view of the Apuan Alps.
- La Piana Terrace: This is also an excellent solution for groups of up to 5 people. It is located on the first floor and consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a spacious living / dining room with kitchen equipped with everything you need and a loft with two single beds. The highlight is the terrace with gazebo, deckchairs and dining table with a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps.
This farmhouse is an ideal place forsmart working. For the worker is provided an adequate internet connection for the performance of their activities.
Activities and surrounding
In the large garden with adjoining olive grove there is a swimming pool (heated and usable even in May), solarium, and other equipment that give way to enjoy the beautiful days inside the estate. There is no shortage of possibilities for spending time outside. The strategic position on the border of Garfagnana and Lunigiana allows you to easily reach other destinations such as the Cinque Terre and to try the spas of Equi or Bagni di Lucca, while going down further you meet cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. In the vicinity, then, there are many well-preserved medieval villages with Romanesque churches to be discovered and the paths for hiking, biking or horseback riding are not lacking at all.
Guests can also enjoy company tastings (Monday pizza in the wood-fired oven with local products, Thursday apericena with typical Garfagnana dishes), cultural events as well as a warm welcome from the owners, who, living on site, can be of help in solving any doubt.
