via Nardi 16, Quarazzana 54013 Fivizzano (Massa-Carrara)
Nestled in the intense green countryside of Lunigiana, near the sea at Lerici and the Cinque Terre, an agriturismo in an historic traditional hamlet with stunning views of the Apuan Alps, where time seems to have stood still.
Discover beautiful landscape, and the tastes and scents of the past, in this charming, relaxing oasis where guests are the most precious gift.
The main house, which dates back to the 1500s, with its traditional sandstone portals, the old farmyard, the stables and part of the small rural hamlet have all been carefully restored.
Accommodation is provided in ensuite rooms, which are nicely spread out to ensure guest privacy. The restaurant serves traditional Tuscan recipes, prepared mainly using ingredients from the farm itself or from carefully selected local producers.
Guests also have access to the old farmyard, the garden and the surrounding woodland with its pretty nature trails, while the rhythms of time are marked by the passage of the cows as they return from pasture in the evening.
A 50 minute walk or a few minutes by car takes you to magical natural waterfalls, and the Arlia Mill, the medieval castles and hamlets of Lunigiana, Fivizzano, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre are all just a short drive away.
The ideal base for visiting cities of art such as Pisa (95km), Lucca (95km) and Florence (165km), the hamlet is perfect for children, who can get up close with animals such as cows, horses, donkeys and Benny the cat, and have fun exploring the area like real boy scouts.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.

Our stay on the farm was lovely.
Ilaria welcomed us with open arms, introduced us to the farm, told us about the history of the place. The place is magical, old and cozy, authentic. You can really feel how the village was many years ago!
The room was clean and equipped with towels for all of us.
Breakfast was included in the price and excellent. At dinner we enjoyed personal attention and special dietary needs. The food was very tasty and included homemade ice cream!
