IMPORTANT NOTE: In order not to break two weeks, during the very high season (01/07 - 31/08), we can accommodate our guests from 5 to 7 or more nights, provided that they fall in the period Saturday / Saturday. So, for example, it is not possible for us to accommodate from Friday to the following Thursday.
Theprice includes the use of the swimming pool (appross. 30/04 - 31/10), linen, towels, final cleaning, weekly change of sheets and towels, exclusive use of the kitchen, the supply of water (hot and cold), electricity, gas for kitchen use, internet adsl wi-fi.
Theprice does not include: The cost of heating (2.00 Euro/hour/apartment, approximately from mid-November to late March), the possible use of washing machine (Euro 7.00), firewood for the fireplace (Euro 8/box of about 20kg).
If requested by the guests: Any midweek or Saturday cleaning for stays longer than one week: Euro 70,00 (including change of linen and towels). By prior agreement, pets are allowed provided they are small in size.
A deposit of € 250 is required and will be returned on departure. To book, it is sufficient to send a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount will be paid in cash or debit/card upon arrival.
The delivery of the apartment on arrival, unless otherwise agreed, is set for 16:00 and will be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
