The agriturismo

The Deni farm is located in Crespina, in the province of Pisa, in one of the best centers in Italy today for the training of purebred horse racing. It extends on a private estate of about 35 hectares and enjoys a priceless view, given its hilly position that dominates the surrounding area.

The accommodation

The structure is completely new and furnished in a welcoming way, in Tuscan style, with refined finishes. The farm has three apartments, each identified with the name of a horse winner of important Derby of the team Botti. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi, safe, private outdoor patio with table and chairs, laundry area with dryer (shared), cot and high chair on request. Also included in the costs are the consumption (water and electricity, heating/air conditioning...) and linen (bathroom, bed and kitchen, weekly change). Activities and surrounding

The natural context of Crespina, its strategic position, the presence of numerous historic villas of considerable value and the strong pictorial tradition that saw it as a protagonist in the nineteenth century of the Macchiaiolo movement, make this place not only unique and rich in interests, but also twinned with the Staten Island District of the city of New York for its flourishing nursery activity of cutting. The farm is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays, sports and outdoor activities. There are many amusements available to our guests: hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, fishing, hunting, tasting of typical products of the area, wine, olive oil, cheese, meats and truffles. And more visits to cities of art, ancient castles, medieval villages and nature parks. The property is located in a strategic area from which you can quickly reach cities of art such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, but also the hills full of olive groves or vineyards or the sea (in maximum twenty minutes you get to beaches and cliffs) ... Even the Pisa Galileo Galilei airport is easily accessible! In the area there are restaurants where you can taste typical Tuscan specialties or wineries to organize tastings of local products and wine, while directly on the farm you can discover the secrets of the main Tuscan dishes with cooking classes, to live a unique and exclusive experience through the perception of the taste of the flavors and fresh and genuine ingredients of our land: wine, olive oil, cheese, meats and truffles.
