It offers 6 independent apartments with kitchenette and has free parking, swimming pool, barbecue, Wi-Fi, playground.

Farm with animals, large olive grove, fruit trees, own production and direct sale of oil and wine.

The farmhouse, renovated in full respect of the Tuscan style, is divided into 6 apartments, 4 of which were obtained from the old manor house in travertine stone, and 2 from the renovation of the old stables, maintaining the original mezzane, beams and wooden rafters.

It is possible to comfortably accommodate from 28 people (up to a maximum of 30 by taking advantage of the additional single beds), arranged as follows:

- Apartment "Ciliegia" (55 sq m, suitable for 4 people): located on the second floor, it has a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom with double bed, built-in kitchen , bathroom with shower.

- Apartment "Strawberry" (70 sq m, suitable for 6 persons): is located on the second floor, has a living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom, equipped masonry kitchen , bathroom with shower.

- Apartment "Peach" (70 sq m, suitable for 6 persons): is located on the ground floor, has a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, room with 2 single beds, double bedroom, masonry equipped kitchen , bathroom with shower.

- Apartment "Grape" (55 sq m, suitable for 4 persons): is located on the ground floor, has a living room with double sofa bed, double room with double bed, masonry equipped kitchen , bathroom with shower.

- Apartments "Limone" and "Fico" (both 55 sq m, suitable for 4 persons): are located on the ground floor, have living room with double sofa bed, double room with double bed, masonry equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower.

Each apartment has heating/airconditioning, satellite TV , towel set, linen, hair dryer and toiletries. Separate entrance and private equipped outdoor space (loggia or gazebo). Upon request it will be possible to have baby cribs and high chairs, at no extra charge.

The cottage has a large garden with a view, equipped with barbecue station and large panoramic swimming pool surrounded by nature.

The farmhouse has a swimming pool, with an area for children and a maximum depth of 2.30 meters; it is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Present is an outdoor shower at room temperature for the usual hygienic safety rules before entering the pool. Adjacent to the common areas, there is a barbecue available to guests, which allows the preparation of excellent grills.

The farmhouse also provides a bike or car rental service for guests.

For the little ones, there is a small playground with a castle, slide and swings surrounded by olive trees in total safety. They will also be able to familiarize themselves with the farm animals, such as chickens, geese, ponies and rabbits. The whole area is particularly suitable for lovers of walking in the countryside, trekking and mountain biking, with departures directly from the farmhouse.

During the months of October and November, you can experience the manual harvesting of olives and its pressing at the mill in the village. Upon request, it will be possible to organize in the farmhouse, a rich tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil or wine directly produced by the farm itself, accompanied by typical traditional Tuscan products (bruschetta, cheese, pappa al pomodoro...).

The complex is located in the center of a vast area full of places to visit easily reachable by car, of tourist, historical, artistic and cultural interest.

A few kilometers from the farm is one of the most evocative places in Italy: the theater of silence of Andrea Bocelli, easily accessible are also the sea, especially the fantastic resorts of Vada, Marina di Pisa, Cecina, Castiglioncello, Livorno, medieval villages such as Volterra and San Gimignano, the cities of Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca.

Only 30 minutes away by car are: San Rossore Park, which allows guided tours on foot, on horseback, and by bicycle; Lake Massaciuccoli, a wildlife oasis with nature trails suitable especially for children; the beautiful Certosa di Calci with its Museum of Natural History; and the Castle of Lari in the village of the same name, where there is a pasta factory that organizes guided tours inside its laboratory to discover the secrets of the now world-famous "Pasta Martelli."
For Vespa lovers, just 20 minutes from our farmhouse is the historic Piaggio Museum.

Those who love spas and its benefits can spend pleasant time and take advantage of the level of beauty treatments at the Casciana Spa (a facility that has an agreement with the agriturismo), in the very nearby village of Casciana Terme, which is also excellent for savoring the tranquility and relaxation of village life and good, typically Tuscan food.
