We are a small Biodynamic company that practices eco-sustainable production models. From 2007 to the present day, thanks to the skilful work of green manure, water management, composting and terracing, a farm that has been abandoned for 50 years has been transformed into a living place, completely recovered from the point of view of biodiversity.

From 2007 to today thanks to a wise work of green manure, water management, composting and terracing has turned a farm abandoned for 50 years, in a living place, completely recovered from the perspective of biodiversity. Il Podere offers its guests 5 B&B rooms and 1 apartment completely renovated in green building and furnished with style.
The rooms are elegant and essential, bright and spacious, perfectly integrated with the external environment, suitable for couples and families who want to spend a holiday immersed in the uncontaminated nature of Tuscany.
Our goal is to share a magical place for personal care and to contribute to the search for inner well-being.
Be our guest and you will become part of a living agricultural organization, you will be in tune with a land where the hands of men and women cultivate and transform natural products, in perfect harmony with the external environment and the Genius Loci of this silent Tuscany.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse with a swimming pool of 25 meters, surrounded by greenery and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offers a corner of relaxation and well-being to all guests of the farm who want to regenerate with long swims or enjoy the sun of Tuscany.
Open seasonally and for the exclusive use of the guests of the Podere.
