The agriturismo
The villa is in twenty thousand square meters of greenery, between meadows and forests, completely fenced.
The house dates back to the years before 1000 and stands on the ruins of the ancient Parish Church of St. John, of which remains intact the rigorously restored apse that gives the environment a suggestive magic mixed with curiosity and mystery.
It is situated on the Pistoia mountain, in the hamlet of Popiglio (municipality of Piteglio) at 580 metres above sea level, reachable by private road of 350 metres which starts directly from the state road 12 of Abetone and Brennero: 500 metres from the ancient village with all its main services, it has a great panoramic view over the Apennine ring.
The accommodation
A house enclosed in twenty thousand square meters of green, between meadows and forests, complete fenced.
It is located among the Pistoia mountains, in the hamlet of Popiglio (Piteglio municipality) at 580 meters above sea level, reachable by a private road of 350 meters, that departs directly from the state road 12 of Bertone and Bertone: 500 meters from the ancient Village with all the main services, has a great panoramic view on the Apennine ring and guarantees a vacation in the most complete relaxation and in the absolute privacy, in close contact with nature.
The two apartments (Alab and Tramonto) are completely independent, with floors with wooden planks, stone and terracotta finishes and many furnishings in the interior that recall the ancient local traditions.
The pool of 12x6 meters (heated with solar panels) is situated in a panoramic position, about 40 meters from the house to guarantee the maximum tranquility to all the guests.
At their arrival, guests will have a welcome kit with tastes of local produce.
In case of any need, a few meters away is the residence of the owners of the farm.
