On the front of the building there is a terracotta courtyard, partially covered by a veranda, with umbrellas, tables and chairs for guests. At guests' disposal there is a shared laundry room, a barbecue in the garden and some mountain bikes. From the property your gaze will sweep over vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages located on top of the surrounding hills.
The accommodation
The Tenuta Il Vallone Monsummano Terme is situated in the countryside and is about 7 km from Montecatini. The golf courses and spas of Grotta Giusti are less than 3 km. This is a beautifully restored farmhouse and a small outbuilding that well are part of a nature beautiful to look at with manicured vineyards and olive groves, oak trees, oak and poplar trees typical of the area and green hills with medieval villages on top. In the main building with two floors there are 4 apartments furnished in a sober and elegant style of country houses in Tuscany and with attention to details that make them cozy and pleasant to live in. The same care is found in independent Studio nearby. Foreign guests, who come from near and far, have greatly appreciated the apartments, large garden, secluded pool, shaded parking, outdoor spaces and the large terrace furnished with tables and chairs for each family. For everyone there is a possibility to spend comfortably outdoors throughout the day. The strategic location, halfway between Florence and Lucca, is a pleasant surprise that can reach and visit during the day, many of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.
