The agriturismo
From an ancient residence and prefectice of the place belonging to the famous Bracali family, to a beautiful farmhouse. The Villa is located in a slope-hill environment, surrounded by a natural park and olive groves of about eight hectares. Thanks to its south-facing exposure, it enjoys a 180-degree panoramic view of the villages below and the historic center of the Pistoia Serravalle, a town that preserves important medieval monuments. It is easy to reach: just 2 km from the main road connecting Montecatini Terme with Pistoia. Strategic point to visit the famous tourist cities worldwide - Florence only 38 km, Pisa 58 km, Lucca 35 km, Siena and San Gimignano 100 km, Le Cinque terre and etc.
The accommodation
The villa has different types of rooms: double, or with extra bed, and family room. The latter consists of two communicating rooms, one double and one with twin beds and the possibility of adding a cot.
All rooms, characterized by a typical Tuscan rustic style, exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, wrought iron beds, are equipped with private bathroom and the main modern facilities, including air conditioning, Smart flat screen TV, wi-fi access, small minibar, bathroom with hairdryer.
The one bedroom house is the outbuilding, former barn renovated. It is placed on two levels with the entrance into the living area with comfortable sofa bed and kitchenette. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with exposed beams and characteristic windows of the old barn, and an exclusive panoramic terrace.
Activities and surrounding
Breakfast is served as a buffet from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Guests have access to a swimming pool where they can enjoy the view of the hills comfortably lying under the sun, and playground for children.
The small and cozy restaurant is family-run and will make you experience some typical Tuscan dishes. Possibility to choose between our menu of the day and the menu of the card.
It is the ideal place to spend holidays in tranquility and relaxation, but that is only 10 minutes drive from the center of Pistoia and 40 from Florence, less than 5 km from Montecatini Terme.
Also in the immediate vicinity you can find an 18-hole golf course in Monsummano Terme, the zoo of Pistoia, an equestrian center, the museum of Leonardo da Vinci, the garden of Pinocchio in Collodi, the tennis court of Serravalle Pistoiese, the nature reserve swamp of Fucecchio.
