The agriturismo

The farmhouse, located on top of a hill, was obtained from the renovation of a nineteenth-century country house, originally summer residence of a noble Sienese family, with brick ceilings and wooden beams, ceramic tile floors. In front of the villa there is a large Italian garden in a sloping position among lime trees, cypresses, holm oaks and conifers from which you can access the swimming pool located among the olive trees in a panoramic and picturesque position overlooking the city of Siena.

The accommodation

**The Green apartment** on the ground floor, has an entrance that leads into a corridor running the length of the house that disengages the various rooms with views of Siena. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the second with two single beds, a large full bathroom (bathtub-shower, sanitary bidet and two sinks) a comfortable and large living-room (TV, armchairs sofa convertible into bed) and a large kitchen equipped with a large fireplace and well equipped with refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

 

**The Brown apartment** on the second floor, is accessed either by an internal or by an external staircase. It has a hallway that runs the length of the house and leads to rooms that look over Siena. It contains two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with two single beds) a full bathroom (bidet, two sinks, full sanitary shower) a large and comfortable living-room with a double sofa bed, armchairs and TV, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator washing machine.

Activities and surrounding

Its location in the center of Tuscany allows you to reach with about an hour's drive cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Pisa and Lucca, Perugia.
