The agriturismo
Nestled in the stunning hills between the Orcia and Chiana Valleys, Esperia is a tranquil oasis, offering peace and beatitude all year round.
The farm, surrounded by eight hectares of vines and olive trees, is the ideal spot to relax and the perfect base to explore this enchanting corner of Tuscany.
The accommodation
The layout of the rooms offers a range of accommodation options, from the classic twin/double bedroom to adjustable, made-to-measure solutions for groups and families with children.
On the ground floor there are three double rooms with bathrooms, one of which becomes a suite when combined with an adjacent lounge with double sofa bed and kitchen area. Two other bedrooms can be combined to create a suite with direct access to the garden and a lounge with double sofa bed.
On the first floor there are more rooms: a double with bathroom, small dining room with double sofa bed and kitchen area, and three double bedrooms with bathrooms (one with a terrace and open fireplace). These too can be combined to create one or more suites with the adjacent lounges with double sofa beds.
The rooms feature TVs, free wireless internet connection, minibars, air conditioning, safes and hairdryers, as well as high quality fixtures and fittings.
On the ground floor you’ll also find a kitchen diner, a 75 m2 lounge with an 1800s open fireplace and a breakfast room/restaurant.
Outside there are extensive grounds with a swimming pool, solarium, sunbeds, a barbecue and a shaded relaxation area.
