Bookings: can be made by e-mail and will be effective from the arrival of a bank transfer or a charge to your credit card within 7 days of the date of confirmation. 20% of the total amount is required as a deposit.
Security deposit: €200 to be paid at check-in in cash
Cleaning fee: €40 apartment Rosmarino and Lavanda, €50 apartment Falco
Tourist tax: €2 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days, to be paid upon check-in in cash. Children under 12 do not pay.
